The only difference between the one you stated and the regular vulcan is that the vulcan value pack has 50 darts, two chains, and a strap. You can get the value pack here: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=10038453
It's a steal. Normally regular vulcans are sold for , but Walmart is selling the VP for less!
