Jrdude99 August 22, 2010 at 8:04 am: enance locks ele down. in a 1v1 situation. to be honest though, half the teams u faced were trash. i want to see you go against mage priest or priest warlock groups with macros to kill your totems. i have yet to see 1 pet kill any of your totems. but i did like the wins. keep it up.

derbigpr500 August 22, 2010 at 1:06 pm: What did I do wrong that you’re in doubt? I said that you cannot crit 9k in arena? Well you cant. On 1800+ rating (at least in my battlegroup) all the people have over 1100, some resto shamans over 1300, so how are you going to crit 9k on them? My shaman has 3,4k spell dmg with totems and flamethoungue, and max crit you can get on well geared people is 5-6k.

Nihlathak12 August 22, 2010 at 4:41 pm: Along side of best spell interuppts. They can misdirect spells via Grounding Totem.

The shamans and any friendly arena members can be immune to fear via Tremor totem.

Cleansing totem – Gets rid of Poisons/diseases, very useful against rogues/Death Knights.

Purge – Dispells 2 magic buffs off enemy target.

I think that’s all i have to cover to show, that a good shaman, has many advantages in arena.. True Boomkins can probably do more burst, but they aren’t as versatile.
